Service Description
This is a bundle of 3 sessions - Tuesday 30th June, Thursday 2nd July, and Saturday 4th July. Sessions start at 10am, and finished at 11.30am. PLEASE NOTE - Booking will show as the first session date of 30th June, but it also includes the other 2 dates. Our ASN Creative Workshops offer a calm, welcoming space for young people aged 9–15 who love to make, imagine, and explore creativity in their own way. Led by two qualified teachers, each 1.5-hour session is carefully structured to provide clear guidance alongside flexibility, choice, and plenty of encouragement. As this is s bundle of 3 sessions, the young person will have 3 separate days and each will have the opportunity to continue work unfinished or try something new. We know sometimes our youngsters need a little more time, so that will be an option for them. Young people can enjoy a mix of art and crafting activities, with time built in for sensory regulation, breaks, and following personal interests. Working in a small group (maximum 10 pupils) helps everyone feel safe, supported, and able to connect while having fun and creating together. Families and carers are invited to relax in the café while the group gets creative, knowing their young person is in a nurturing and understanding environment. Cancellation Policy
✨ Terms & Conditions – Art & Craft Workshops ✨ 🎨 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your space. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are per person unless we clearly say otherwise. 🖌️ 2. Class Bundles Bundle packages are for one person only, unless we’ve agreed something different in advance. All classes must be used within six months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after the expiry date will sadly expire and cannot be refunded. 🧡 3. Cancellations & Refunds We totally understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work: * Cancellations made 7 days or more before your workshop → full refund * Cancellations made less than 7 days before your workshop → no refund * If we can fill your cancelled session(s) we will be able to give you a full refund If you can’t make it and don’t let us know in time, it will still count as a late cancellation. 🔄 4. Rescheduling If you need to move your booking, just get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll always try our best to offer another date, depending on availability. Standard cancellation terms may still apply depending on timing. 🎭 5. Changes to Workshops Sometimes life gets in the way on our side too! We may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you’ll always be offered a new date or a full refund— no stress. 👩🎨 6. Workshop Experience & Behaviour We want every session to be fun, relaxed, and creative. We may need to step in if anyone’s behaviour is disruptive or unsafe (in rare cases, this may mean asking someone to leave without a refund). As professional teachers we are fully trained and experienced in working with people of all needs. Please let us know about any allergies or special requirements before attending. 📸 7. Photos & Memories We may take photos during workshops to share the joy of what we do on our website or social media. If you’d prefer not to be included, just tell us at the start of the session and we’ll make sure to respect that. You will receive forms to fill in regarding this and you'll be asked during booking. 🔐 8. Your Information Any personal details you share with us are kept safe and used only for bookings and communication. We follow UK GDPR guidelines and never share your data with third parties.
